Pathways to Homeownership

AHEAD is excited to be partnering with the Neil & Louise Tillotson Fund to bring down payment assistance to homebuyers within Coos County and bordering communities.

The Pathways to Homeownership program is designed to increase homeownership for the area's workforce and provide an avenue for wealth-building for residents and local business owners. The Pathways program directly tackles barriers to homeownership and intergenerational wealth-building through outreach, homebuyer education, and workfoce down payment assistance as an intergrated package. The program can complement other down payment assistance programs so homebuyers can increase mortgage affordability.
