NeighborWorks® Online Home Buyer Education Program

Upon completion of this online program, you will:

• Obtain an official Certificate of Homebuyer Education to present to your lender
• Become educated about the home buying process and homeownership responsibilities

This program is designed for people that:

• Have been asked by their lender to take a homebuyer education course
• Are working with a local housing counselor, lender or another social service agency
• Want to be better prepared for purchasing a home

This will provide you with the convenience of taking the course at your own pace, whenever it is convenient to you. This course takes approximately 8-10 hours and once you enroll, you may stop and start at any time. At the end of the course you will have to take a test, you will need to pass the test and then contact AHEAD's office to schedule an appointment with a HomeOwnership Advisor in order to receive your certificate.
