Phase I will likely include 2 three-story, 20-unit apartment blocks of 1- and 2-bedroom units. This affordable workforce housing will serve very low- and low-income working individuals and families. Phase II will likely include the addition of 3 8-unit buildings of two- and three-bedroom townhouse style units and handicap accessible flats serving families at or below 60% of Grafton County area median income. Upon full build-out, this project will add a total of up to 64 units of new affordable housing to the Lincoln/Woodstock housing market. Predevelopment work is underway.
