"Secrets of Homebuying"

This 8-hour, one day, workshop will provide you with an overview of everything you need to know about the homebuying process. AHEAD’s certified educators along with local professionals will guide you, step by step, through this overwhelming process. When you complete the workshop you can schedule an individual assessment with our Housing Counselor who will help you develop your personal homebuying plan. "Extreme Money Makeover"

This 10-hour course, provided over a period of 5-weeks in 2-hour evening sessions, is designed to help you create and maintain a household budget. Other topics covered include; Improving credit, using consumer lending products, secrets to auto shopping, getting the most out of your grocery dollar and how to survive a financial crisis. By the end of this class you will have a real household budget and a financial plan for success. The workshop fee is $20.00 per household and includes all class materials and a free credit report. "Express Money Makeover"

This one-day, 8-hour workshop is the fast track version of our 5-week "Extreme Money Makeover" series followed by 5-weeks of optional budget "check-in" meetings.  The focus of this workshop is the same as the 10-hour class, to help participants create and maintain a household budget.  Additional topics covered include; Improving credit, using consumer lending products, secrets to auto shopping, getting the most out of your grocery dollar and how to survive a financial crisis.  The workshop fee is $20.00 per household and includes all class materials, lunch and a free credit report.  Workshops are held in various locations throughout Grafton and Coos Counties and run from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  Check back for our 2012 shedule.  Register Now!
